How to brine chicken, pork and turkey:
Chicken and pork - Put 1/2 cup of pickle brine in a brine bag with the chicken or pork. Fill half of the bag with water and refrigerate for 2-24 hours. Pat meat dry before cooking. Add your favorite seasoning before cooking.
Turkey - Add 1 cup of brine to a brine bag with turkey. Fill half of the bag with water and refrigerate for 24 hours. Pat turkey dry before cooking. Add your favorite seasoning before cooking.
