Prime Rib class signup

Learn how to smoke a perfect prime rib for your family's holiday meal at this in-person class. The class is free, but you do have to sign up so we have the right amount of meat to sample!

Smoked Prime Rib Class

• Saturday, November 15
• 10 a.m. until done (around 1 p.m.)
• Hardon's Outdoor, 116 W. 4th Street in Tama

You'll learn how to:

-Choose the right meat - bone-in or boneless.
-Pick the right seasoning.
-Know when it's perfectly cooked.
-Prepare the garnishes everyone loves.
-Choose a wine or cocktail pairing.

Plan to spend about 3 hours. You can bring a beverage and socialize.

This course will be a mix of indoor/outdoor, so bring a jacket.
