Ingredients: Distilled vinegar, mustard seeds, sugar, beer (water, barley, hops) citric acid.

This mustard is made in San Antonio, Texas, and is part of the Brushfire family of products. You've gotta try their sweet-tart prickly pear syrup and blackberry pepper jam.
